  <p>Information: RUTLAND, OHIO - Betty Hatcher Hutchison, 63, of Rutland, formerly of Kenna, W. Va., died Sept. 7, 1995, in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, after a long illness.  She was a retired schoolteacher from Meigs Local School District and had taught in Jackson County schools, Ripley, W. Va.  She was a member of Hysell Run Holiness Church, Rutland, and was a member of the Retired Teachers Association.  Surviving:  husband, Milo Bernard Hutchison; daughters, Cheryl Lemley, Julia Vaughan and Jayne Humphreys, all of Rutland, Joyce Seelig of Pataskala; sisters, Phyllis Winter of Belle, W. Va., Elaine Judge of Spencer, W. Va.; brother, Burhl Hatcher of Charleston, W. Va.; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Hysell Run Holiness Church, Rutland, with the Rev. Amos Tillis and the Rev. Bob Manley officiating.  Burial will be at Meigs Memory Gardens.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Fisher Funeral Home, Middleport.  Information provided by Fidler & Frame Funeral Home, Belle.</p>
