  <p>Information: Romie C. Hutchinson, 91, of Sandyville, died Sunday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Floyd Utt of Parkersburg, following a long illness.  He was a native and lifelong resident of Jackson County, attended Meadowdale Baptist Church in Sandyville, attended West Liberty State College, retired president of Ravenswood District Board of Education when Gilmore High School was built, retired, farmer, surveyor in Jackson County with 72 years&#39; service.  Other survivors:  son, Jack of Sandyville; sister, Mrs. Annie Utt of Sandyville; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.  Service was held Tuesday in the Meadowdale Baptist Church.  The Rev. Vairl Winter officiated.  Burial was in the Meadowdale Cemetery.</p>
