  <p>Information: William C. Bashaw, 65, of Omar, Logan County was dead on arrival Monday, in Boone Memorial Hospital, Madison after a short illness.  He was the brother of Edward Bashaw of Ravenswood.  He was an Air Force veteran of World War II and was a retired UMW construction worker.  He was a member of UMW.  Also surviving:  wife, Phyllis; daughter, Mrs. Linda Thomas of Fairmont; stepdaughter, Mrs. Mandy Lewis of Orange Park, Fla.; stepson, Christopher Jackson of Switzer; sisters, Mrs. Thelma Parks of Texas, Mrs. Sue Perkins of Dayton, Ohio; brother, Dave Bashaw of Carolina, Mercer County and three grandsons.  Service was held Thursday in Slater-Gilliam Funeral Home, Switzer with the Rev. Preston Vance officiating.  Burial was in Highland Memory Gardens, Godby with military graveside rites.</p>
