  <p>Information: MILLWOOD-Mrs. Jessie Alphea Hussell, 81, of Route 1, Millwood, Jackson County, was dead on arrival Saturday at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness.  She attended Mount Hebron Church of Mount Alto and was a 4-H leader.  Surviving:  daughters, Mary Santmyre of Swanton, Ohio, Mildred Burge of Millwood, Shirley Wasserman of Toledo, Ohio; sons, Lee of Point Pleasant, Carl of Neopolis, Ohio, Donald of Roanoke, Va., Bernard of Mount Alto, Robert of Orlando, Fla.; 26 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery near Cottageville.  Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
