Information: Funeral services were held Sunday at Meadowdale Baptist Church near Sandyville for Mrs. Rosa Hupp, 76, Emmons, who died Thursday night  at Kanawha Valley hospital in Charleston.  She was born Jan.1, 1885, at Sandyville, a daughter of the late Dandy and Martha Lattimer Dawkins.  Two husbands, Floyd Boggess and Arthur Hupp, preceded her in death.  She is survived by four children, Mrs. Ruby Holstine, Emmons, W.R. Boggess, Weston, Robert Boggess, Sandyville, and Clyde Boggess, East Liverpool, Ohio, and six stepchildren, Miss Helen Hupp, Massachusetts, Mrs. Orpha Alyshire, Seth, Dean Hupp, St. Albans, Dale Hupp, Sandyville, Mrs. Bernice Snyder, and Miss Alice Hupp, Parkersburg.  Three brothers, L.D.Dawkins, Sandyville, Colon Dawkins, Parkersburg, and Holly Dawkins, Berea; a sister, Mrs. Ottie Davis, Walker, 18 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  Burial was in the church cemetery.
