  <p>Information: Perry H. Hupp, 77, of Vienna, died in St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital.  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Born in Jackson County, he was the son of the late Milligan and Mary Starr Hupp.  He was a member of the St. John&#39;s United Methodist Church, retired from the State of West Virginia as a weight and measure inspector and was formerly employed for several years by O.Ames Company.  Survivors include his wife, Pearl Barnhart Hupp; two sons, Virgil T. of Ravenswood and Floyd C. of Vienna; one sister, Lennie Cunningham of Parkersburg; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  Preceding him in death were two sons, Paul Eugene and James E. Hupp, four brothers and three sisters.</p>
