  <p>Information: Mabel Virginia Rohrbough Hupp, 73, of Sandyville, passed away Friday, November 22, 2002, in St. Louis MO.  She was born April 5, 1929, in Wellton AZ, a daughter of the late Jay Keating Rohrbough and Mary Laura Welch.  She was a registered nurse and worked for many years at Jackson General Hospital in Ripley and retired from CAMC Womens and Childrens Hospital in Charleston.  Mrs. Hupp departed this life when the single seat airship she was piloting experienced mechanical difficulties while circling the St. Louis Airport.  Survivors include three children, R. L. Hupp of Columbus OH, Jeff Hupp and wife Kathy of Sandyville, and Mary Whiting and husband Robert of Sandyville; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four sisters, Jean Orendorff of Yuma AZ, Ann Primm of Tuscon AZ, Etta Chandler of Winston OR, and Sue Harkness of Lebanon MO; and a brother, Jay Rohrbough of Marana AZ.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Lawrence Hupp.  Graveside services were held Tuesday, November 26, 2002, at the Independence Cemetery in Sandyville, with the Rev. Larry Buckland officiating.</p>
