  <p>Information: James Edward Hupp, 54, of Vienna, the brother of Virgil Hupp of Ravenswood, was dead on arrival at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital Friday.  Born in Ravenswood, a son of Perry and Pearl Hupp of Vienna, he was a World War II veteran.  He was a radio dispatcher for Vienna Police Dept. and was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Vienna.  Other survivors include his wife, Helen Noe Hupp; five sons, Joseph of Falls River, Mass., William, James L. and Howard, all of Vienna; and Edward of Parkersburg; two daughters, Susanne VanHorn and Joanne Longmire, both of Vienna; another brother, Floyd of Vienna; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services were held Monday at Leavitt Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Welch officiating.  Burial was in Arlington Memorial Gardens.</p>
