Information: CHARLES L. HUNT DIES SAT. IN CHARLESTON - Charles L. Hunt, 80 years old, died at his home near Charleston Saturday. Funeral services were held at the Malden church Sunday and burial was made in the Pine Hill cemetery at Ripley. Mr. Hunt formerly lived at Ripley and for many years was one of the leading school teachers of the county. He had taught in Roane and Kanawha counties. He spent 62 years of his life in the schoolroom. He is survived by his second wife, the first wife died several years ago. He is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Mary Dearien, Mrs. Laura White, Mrs. Maude Burke, Mrs. Ruby Skiles, all of Campbell Creek, Mrs. Martie McGraw of Ripley and Miss Alice Hunt of Dunbar. Three sons, Alfred Hunt of Richwood, Ohio, Arthur Hunt of Charleston, and Robert Hunt, a missionary in Africa. He is also survived by two brothers, James Hunt of Frame and Joe Hunt of Crison and one sister, Mrs. Hanna Edwards of Seattle, Wash.
