  <p>Information: Minnie Marie Barr, 87, of Vienna, died Dec. 1 at St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital, Parkersburg.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late James W. and Eliza Bell Tucker Long.  She was retired from the former Broida&#39;s Dept. Store after working for 17 years as a seamstress.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, past president of the VFW Aux., Blennerhassett 1212, Vienna Chapter 151 Order of the Eastern Star, the Betheny Shrine 4, the White Shrine of Jerusalem and the Cootiete Club 163.  She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Otmer B. Barr; two sons, Clifford H. Barr of Salem, N.J., Clarence H. Barr of Vienna; one daughter, Lucille Bash of Parkersburg; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by five brothers and six sisters.  Services were Dec. 3 at the Vaughan Funeral Home with the Rev. Arthur G. Backus officiating.  Burial was in the IOOF Cemetery, Parkersburg.   </p>
