  <p>Information: Blaine Y. Hughes, 65, Route 1, Ravenswood, died Saturday evening in St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital, Parkersburg, of injuries suffered from a fall at his farm Thursday.  He was born at Flatwoods, a son of the late Phillip S. and Margaret Wilson Hughes. He was a member of Cedar Run United Methodist Church, and was a fulltime dairy farmer for 38 years.  He was a member of the Dairyman&#39;s Association, and was a veteran of World War II.  Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Hazel Casto Hughes of Ravenswood; one daughter, Gloria Sue Hughes of the home; one son, Gary Lee Hughes, Ravenswood; three sisters, Mrs. Etta Day of Ravenswood, Mrs. Edyth Dawson and Esther Hughes, both of Flatwoods; three brothers, Wayne of Ravenswood, Raymond of Cottageville, and Ralston of San Antonio, Texas; three grandchildren, Jason, Jared Blaine and Amanda; several nieces and nephews.  Two sisters and one brother preceded him in death.  Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today (Tuesday) at Cedar Run United Methodist Church with the Rev. William Sullivan and the Rev. Jerry Eaton officiating.  Burial will be in Otterbein Cemetery at Evans.  Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
