  <p>Information: Funeral services were held at the Ogdin Funeral Home, Parkersburg, for Mrs. Ruth B. McKowen Huggins, 80, of Parkersburg who died at St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital after a long illness.  Born in Jackson County, she was a daughter of the late Perry and Emma Smith McKowen.  She was a member of the First Christian Church, and had been employed at the former Woolen Mill for several years.  Survivors include her husband, Carl Huggins; two sons, Ralph of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, and Carl of San Bernadino, Calif., one sister, Mrs. B.F. King of Ripley; two brothers, Bryan McKowen of Michigan and Smith McKowen of Ripley; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.</p>
