  <p>Information: Charles J. Hugelmeyer, 73, of Greenville, Delaware, died July 4, 1998 in a nursing home in Delaware after a long illness.  He was born in Long Island NY, a son of the late Carl B. and Helen Gilbrath.  He retired from DuPont after 33 years as Administrative Assistant Director of Employee Relations. He was a Navy veteran, WW II, Pacific Theater, Korean War and held the rank of Lieutenant.  Surviving:  wife of 46 years, Eleanor Rogers Hugelmeyer of Greenville, Delaware; sons, Dr. C. David of Madison, Wisconsin and Bruce R. of Newark, Delaware; sister, Arlene Cooper of Fayetteville NC; 5 grandchildren.  Private graveside services were held Thursday, July 9, 1998 at Fairplain Cemetery with the Rev. Charles Hicks officiating.</p>
