  <p>Information: Iva Sines Barr, 83, of Parkersburg, formerly of Leon, died Thursday at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.  She was the daughter of the late Henry and Doshie Stover Sines.  She was retired from Storck Bakery and employed by the Chancellor Hotel and Viscose.  She attended the Creston United Methodist Church.  She is survived by four brothers, D. L. Dutch Sines of Silon, Iowa, Arthur Sines of Waterloo, Iowa, Lacy Sines of Ainsworth, Iowa, and Perry Sines of Mechanicsville, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Bert Barr; four sisters, Wavey Fox, Goldie Hughes, Rosa Pencil and Lucy Baker.  Services were Monday at the Creston United Methodist Church near Evans with the Rev. Armor Sayre officiating.  Burial was in the Creston Cemetery.</p>
