Information: Everett Haynes Howes, 83, of Barberton, O., died at the Barberton General Hospital.  Born in Jackson County, the son of the late Charles B. and Celinda Howes he had resided in this area for 20 years before moving to the Akron area where he was employed by the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co.  He is survived by one brother Clark L. Howes of Parkersburg and a sister-in-law with whom he made his home, Mrs. Arie Miller, and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his wife Loretta and two brothers and two sisters.  Funeral services were held at the Eckard-Baldwin Funeral Home in Akron.
