  <p>Information: MINNIE TUMLIN HOWELL IS TAKEN BY DEATH - Mrs. Minnie Tumlin Howell, 75, of Ravenswood, died at her home Saturday after a long illness.  Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Chambers funeral home with Rev. Rossing Smith officiating and the burial was in the Ravenswood cemetery.  She was the widow of J. M. Howell, a retired mail carrier, and was a member of the Methodist church at Ravenswood.  Surviving are three sons, Jess of Sherman, and Carl and John, both of Ravenswood; two daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Howard and Mrs. Anna Lou Stephens, both of Parkersburg; and two sisters, Mrs. Mona Cooper of Ravenswood and Mrs. Mary............ of East Liverpool, Ohio.</p>
