  <p>Information: RETIRED FARMER DIES AT HIS HOME - Oliver (Abe) Howard, 90-year old retired farmer of Sherman, died at his home there Friday after a long illness. Born Aug. 31, 1872, at Newport, Ky., he was a son of George and Nancy Flinn Howard.  Mr. Howard was a resident of Sherman most of his life.  Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Ella Rardin Howard; a daughter, Mrs. Elwood (Ruth) Stewart, New Smyria, Fla.; three sons, Earl Howard, Sherman, Carroll Howard, Vienna, and Ronald P. Howard, Parkersburg.  The funeral service was held on Sunday at the Chambers funeral home with Rev. Donald Peregoy officiating and the burial was in the Ravenswood cemetery.</p>
