  <p>Information: RAVENSWOOD  - Loretta Irene Smith Howard , 68, of Ravenswood, died March 3, 2006, at her home.  She was born August 12, 1937, a daughter to Clayton T. ""Chump"" Smith and Loucretia I. ""Shorty"" Smith.  She was a homemaker and a mother. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Ravenswood and a 1955 graduate of Ravenswood High School.  She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Ray Howard; children Randy Howard of Ravenswood, Angela Howard and her partner, Chris Lestitian of Ravenswood, Mitzie Howard of Ravenswood; grandchildren Jacob, Shelby and Veronica Howard of Ravenswood; step-grandson Nathan Riggs of Ravenswood; brother, Gene Smith of Ravenswood; brother-in-law, Butch Pease of Ravenswood; sister-in-law Beaulah Smith of Ravenswood; many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Dean and Cecil and sister, Carolyn.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood with the Rev.
