Information: Rush Marshall Hovey, 88, died in Parkersburg at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Kathleen Benedick, after a shor illness.  He was a son of the late James Edward and Cordellia Goff Hovey, and was a retired furniture dealer.  His wife, Susie Whittington Hovey preceded him in death.  Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Benedick, Mrs. Helen Staats, of Charleston, and Mrs. Corda Haynes of Williamstown; six granchildren, ten great- grandchildren and two great-great granchildren.  Interment was in the Liverpool Cemetery.
