Information: Corbett Houchen, 86, of Parkersburg, formerly of Ripley, was dead on arrival at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital Saturday evening.  He was born in Jackson County, son of the late George Willis and Martha Casto Houchen.  He was a member of the Rader Church, was retired from the State Department of Highways and was a farmer.  He is survived by two sons, Ernest of Parkersburg and Ray of Cottageville; two daughters, Mrs. Phillip Beymer of Ripley and Mrs. Ronald Smith of Parkersburg; three brothers, Earl of Parkersburg, Ottis of Vincent, Ohio and Cornelius of Columbus, Ohio; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.  The funeral service was Tuesday at the Vail Funeral Home in Ripley, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial was in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery at Cottageville.
