Information: Funeral services for Philip Edward Hoschar, 71, of Cottageville, were held Friday at the Creston church with Rev. Cunningham of the Cottageville Methodist church in charge and burial was in the church cemetery.  The Vail undertakers had charge of the funeral and burial arrangements.  Mr. Hoschar died at his home on Tuesday evening.  He had been in failing health for some time, relatives said.  He was a native of Cottageville, where he was born August 22, 1875.  He was a son of the late Andrew J. and Elizabeth Brannon Hoschar and was a member of the Long Bottom Methodist Church.  Surviving are his widow, the former Frances Fultz; two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Stover of Racine and Altie Full of Parkersburg; and six sons, Milton of Fostoria, Ohio, Vinton of Cottageville, John of Point Pleasant, Delbert of Evans, Roy of Cottageville and Earlie in the U.S. Army.  Also surviving are two brothers, John Hoschar of Leon and Thomas Hoschar of Point Pleasant, and a sister, Mrs. Anna Rhodes of Arbuckle.
