  <p>Information: Lifelong Jackson County resident, Mabel Hoschar, 74, of Cottageville, died Monday at Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  Born Feb. 2, 1916 on Cow Run, she was a daughter of the late Ray E. and Arzina Hughes Hartley.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Longview Ladies Aide. Survivors include two sons, Kenna and Kenneth Oliver Hoschar, both of Cottageville; four daughters, Evelyn Riffle of Millwood, and Maxine Franklin, Vivian Southall and Imogene Shamblen, all of Cottageville; one brother, Edward Hartley of Cottageville; two sisters, Ruby Simmons of Lowell, OH and Garnet Hunt of Lowton, OK; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Casto Funeral Home with the Rev. Carl Chambers officiating.  Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery near Cow Run.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday.</p>
