  <p>Information: Mrs. Frances Hoschar, 82, died Monday at the home of a son, Vinton Hoschar of Cottageville, after a long illness.  She was born November 12, 1886 at Nelsonville, Ohio, a daughter of Charles Elsworth and Barbara June Rhodes Fultz.  She was married on Dec. 18, 1903 to Phil Hoschar.  She was a member of the Long Bottom Methodist Church.  Funeral services will be held today (Wednesday) at the Casto Funeral Home at Evans at 2:00 p.m. and burial will be in Creston cemetery.  She is survived by six sons:  Milton of Fostoria, Ohio, Vinton, Roy and Earlie of Cottageville, Johnie of Southside, Ohio and Delbert of Barberton; two daughters, Mrs. Wallie (Elizabeth) Stover of Racine, Ohio and Mrs. David (Altie) Full of Parkersburg; one sister, Mrs. Cleveland (Elizabeth) Sayre of Cottageville; 33 grandchildren and thirty-five great-grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by an infant son, three daughters, Merla, Laura and Atha and two brothers.</p>
