  <p>Information: Mrs. Frances Hoschar, 82, died Monday at the home at the home of a son, Vinton Hoschar, of Cottageville Route after a long illness.    She was born November 12, 1886 at Nelsonville, Ohio a daughter of Charles Elsworth and Barbara June Rhodes Fultz.  She was married on Dec. 18, 1903 to Phil Hoschar.  She was a member of the Long Bottom Methodist Church.    Funeral services will be held today (Wednesday) at the Casto Funeral Home at Evans, at 2:00 p.m. and burial will be in Creston cemetery.    She is survived by six sons, Milton of Fostoria, Ohio, Vinton, Roy and Earlie of Cottageville, Johnie of South Side, Ohio and Delbert of Barberton; two daughters, Mrs. Wallie (Elizabeth) Stover of Racine , Ohio and Mrs. David (Altie) Full of Parkersburg; one sister, Mrs. Cleveland (Elizabeth) Sayre of Cottageville; 33 grandchildren and thirty-five great-grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by an infant son, three daughters, Merla, Laura and Atha, and two brothers.</p>
