  <p>Information: Timothy Jay Barnhouse, 38, of Ripley, died November 2, 1992, at CAMC, Memorial Division, after a long illness.  He graduated from Ripley High School in 1973, where he was a drum major for the band.  He was a teacher and a member of Williams Avenue Baptist Church, Kenner, New Orleans.  Surviving:  parents, Marshall (Mike) and Joann Miller Barnhouse of Ripley; brother, Marshall III of Spencer; sister, Melinda Smith of Ashland, Ohio.  Funeral services will be held at Vail Funeral Home, Thursday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Jeff Winter and Rev. Clarence Morton officiating.  Burial will be in Salt Hill Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.</p>
