  <p>Information: Charles William Hoschar, 73, died at his residence in Hartford.  Mr. Hoschar was employed as a blacksmith and was a veteran of World War I.  He was born August 7, 1891 in Ripley, a son of the late James and Lucy Ann Flowers Hoschar.  Survivors include his wife, Goldie, and one son, William Hoschar of Hartford; two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Brinker of Mason, and Mrs. Beulah Oldaker of Hartford; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Sallie Thatcher and Mrs. Nettie Hawk, both of Wellsville, Ohio, and Mrs. Carl West of Ripley.  Funeral services were held in the Church of Christ in Christian Union in Hartford.  Burial was in the Adamsville Cemetery in Mason.</p>
