  <p>Information: Otwell Horn, 78, of Ripley, died Sept. 4, 1993 at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a short illness.  He was retired from Kaiser Aluminum Corp. with 21 years&#39; service.  He was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Ripley, the Men&#39;s Brotherhood of the church and Ripley Lions Club.  He was an Army veteran of World War II.  Surviving:  wife, Glada Carpenter Skeen Horn; son, Lanny of Fayetteville, N. C.; stepson, Larry Skeen of Marietta, Ohio; daughters, Jeanie Siders and Judy Shinn, both of Anderson, S. C.; stepdaughters, Louree Hanna of Parkersburg, Anita Lyons of Linden, N. C.; brother, Melvin Horne of Ripley; sister, Wanda May Pringle of Ripley; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.  Service was Monday at Calvary United Methodist Church, Ripley, with the Rev. Hubert Groves officiating.  Burial was in Goshen Cemetery, Kenna.  Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
