  <p>Information: Owen L. Holstein, 57, of Punta Gorda, FL., formerly of Madison, Boone County, died in a Florida hospital after a short illness.  He was the brother of Barney Holstein and Betty Wood, both of Ripley.  He was self-employed and was the owner of West Coast Trucking Co., Punta Gorda.  He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II.  Addional survivors include his wife, Beulah ""Boots"" Holstein; two daughters, Teresa of Punta Gorda, Kelly of Madison; one stepson, Charles Ray McCormick of Twilight; two additonal brothers, Lyle of Sissonville, Paul of Cabin Creek; one additional sister, Phyllis Huffman of Sissonville, and four grandchildren.  Burial was in Snodgrass Cemetery, Hernshaw.</p>
