  <p>Information: MILLWOOD - Andrew ""Andy"" Steven Holcomb, 21, of Millwood WV, died May 24, 2002, in Cabell County.  He was born July 22, 1980, in Parkersburg, WV, son of Jack Holcomb and Sandra Cooper Holcomb.  He was a 1998 Ravenswood High School graduate and was an applied card systems/telephone collections service worker.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, James and Donza Cooper of Ravenswood and Frances Holcomb of Ripley; great grandparent, Garnett Nichols of St. Marys; and several uncles, aunts and cousins.  Funeral services were held on Tuesday, May 28, 2002, at 11:00 a.m. at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with Rev. R. C. Thornbury officiating.  Burial took place at Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
