  <p>Information: Inez Louise Hogsett, 75, of Ripley, died Wednesday, October 9, 2002, at Cedar Ridge Nursing Home.  She was born August 12, 1927, at Point Pleasant WV, daughter  of the late William Emory and Inez Smith Monroe.  She was a housekeeper and a member of Ripley Baptist Temple Church and a Sunday School teacher for 38 years.  She is survived by a daughter, Esther Frances Hogsett of Ripley; sons, Jim Hogsett of Mt. Vernon MO, and Bill Hogsett of Point Pleasant WV; brother, Emory Monroe of Point Pleasant; and two granddaughters.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Hogsett; and one brother, Paul Monroe.  Funeral services were held Saturday, October 12, at the Ripley Baptist Temple, Ripley WV, with Pastor Rick Perrine officiating.  Burial in Suncrest Cemetery, Point Pleasant WV.  Arrangements by Vail Funeral Home.</p>
