  <p>Information: Francis Marion, son of Asher Francis and Elenor Hogsett, born March 4, 1862 in Jackson county, West Virginia, and departed this life, July 12, 1921, aged fifty-nine years, four months and eight days.  ""Uncle Marion"" as his many friends loved to call him, was always kind and genial, and ready with a word of cheer to greet all, even while suffering intensely.  He expressed himself concerning death many times during his illness of eight weeks, saying ""All is well with me, I do not dread death, I will only be glad to die"".  He will be sadly missed in his home and among all his relatives and friends, for all looked forward to his visits with pleasure.  He craved to get well enough to visit all again.  Two sisters and two brothers preceded him in death, Mrs. Jane Chase, Mrs. Carrie Sayre, James S. and John W. Hogsett.  Two sisters and two brothers survive:  Mrs. G. R. Casto of Millwood, Mrs. Sarah Rader of Akron Ohio, W. H. Hogsett of Ripley, and D. M. Hogsett of North Platte, Neb.</p>
