  <p>Information: William Robert ""Bill"" Hinzman of Ripley, 75, died Sunday, October 6, 1996 in Leroy WV.  He was the son of the late Ira and Gay Boggess Hinzman McCoy.  He was a longtime employee of Vail Funeral Home and furniture buyer for Vail Furniture of Ripley.  He was also a grade checker on the interstate system, veteran of World War II, and attended the Greenbrier Military School in Lewisburg.  Surviving:  wife, Helen Simmons Hinzman; daughter, Christina Deese of Ripley; brother, Marion McCoy of Ripley; two grandchildren, Bill Deese and Dea Martin of Houston TX; great-grandchild, Ross Martin of Houston, TX.  Services will be at Pine Hill Cemetery on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Hubert Groves.</p>
