  <p>Information: William Henry Barnette, 66, died Monday morning in Charleston Memorial Hospital about eight hours after he suffered a cerebral hemorrhage at his home.  Born at Leon, Mason County, he had lived in Charleston 42 years and was a retired Charleston Transit Co. bus driver.  He was a member of Shepherd Methodist Church on the West Side and South Charleston Masonic Lodge.  Surviving are his widow, Lillian; two sons, William Quentin of Morgantown and Kermit M. of Charleston; a brother, McKinley of Rockcastle and three grandchildren.  Service will be held at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) in Shepherd Methodist Church by the Rev. Frank A. Johnson.  Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens with Masonic rites by South Charleston Lodge.   </p>
