  <p>Information: Howard Milford ""Milt"" Hinzman, 86 of Walker, died Saturday afternoon at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, following an extended illness.  Hinzman was born in Roane County, a son of the late George and Sarah Palmer Hinzman.  He was a member of the Church of God and was a retired farmer.  Survivors include; a son, the Rev Rufus L. HInzman of Parkersburg; three daughters, Mrs. Donald (Rosie) Rhodes of Parkersburg, Mrs. Albert (Elvie) Riggs of Parkersburg, and Mrs. Shirley (Marie) Gregg of Walker; one brother, Samuel Clifford Hinzman of Sandyville; three sisters, Grace Carmichael of Medina, Myrtle Hurd of Ravenswood and Elise Riggs of Slate; 29 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-granchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarrah Hinzman and by three daughters.  Services were held at Mt. Hope Church with Rev. Donald Hinzman officiating.  Burial was in the Mt. Hope Cemetery.</p>
