  <p>Information: Shirley Ann Frashier Barnette, 71, of Ripley, passed away Thursday, Oct. 4, 2007, at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston.  Born Aug. 8, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Gay and Lelia Garrett Frashier.  In addition to her parents, she was preceeded in death by her brothers, James and Ricky Garrett; sister, Betty Buck; and aunt, Elah Murray.  She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church.  She is survived by her son, Camden "" Butch"" (Debbie) Barnette and Mitch (Jessie) Barnette, both of Ripley; daughters, Debbie (Larry) Johnson of Ripley and Deendra ""Dee"" (Larry) Miller of Fairplain; grandchildren, Brett Barnette, Blake Barnette, Nick Barnette, Heath Barnette, Jason (Shawna) Johnson, Justin Johnson, Brandon (Sarah) Miller, Jaclyn Miller and Cameron Miller; brothers, Gene Frashier of New Orleans, LA, and Lee Garrett and Jim Frashier, both of Ripley; and sisters, Bonnie Wells and Linda Bennett, both of Ravenswood.  A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 14, at Epworth United Methodist Church with Dr. Ken Krimmel and John Gunther officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Epworth United Methodist Church Building Fund or Epworth United Methodist Andrew Callers.  Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home is serving the family.     </p>
