  <p>Information: Opal Hill, 71, of Parkersburg, died Tuesday in Worthington Manor Care Center.  She was the sister of Elmer Pursley of Leroy and Nola Bunner of Sandyville.  She was born in Sandyville, a daughter of the late Maywood and Menerva Shouldis Pursley.  She was a member of the Big Tygart Methodist Church.  Additional survivors include her husband, William Glenn Hill; one son, Edwin L. Hill of Parkersburg; one daughter, Sharon Fulton of Belpre, OH; two additional sisters, Maysel Wilkinson of Leroy, Alta Somerville of Parkersburg; and five grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.  Services were yesterday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.  Burial was in Sunset Memory Gardens.</p>
