Information: Funeral services were held at Emma Chapel for Hollis D. Hill, 71, who died at the Pomeroy Hospital.  He was a World War I veteran and a resident of Vinton, Ohio.  Surviving; brothers, Horace, Ambrose, both of Nitro, John of Lancaster, Ohio, Lawrence of Columbus, Ohio, Woodrow of Bucyrus, Ohio; sisters, Mrs. Oma Davis of Nitro, Mrs. Mable Jones of Wayne, Mrs. Martha Newhart of Ewington, Ohio, Mrs. Lula Smith of Ewington, Ohio, and Mrs. Annabelle Verigan of Dexter, Ohio.  Mr. Hill was a native of the Liberty community where he lived before moving to Ohio.
