Information: Henry Arthur (Pete) Hill, 73, a native of Jackson County, died Dec. 27 at the Holzer Medical Center at Gallipolis, O.  He was a retired employe of the Gem Clay Pottery Co. of Sebering, Ohio.  He was born in Jackson County, April 20, 1900, a son of Nicholas H. Hill and Mary F. Barr Hill.  His wife, Doris Stewart Hill, died in 1967.  A short time after his wife's death, Mr. Hill suffered a severe stroke but recovered in about two years. On Dec. 27, at 3:30 a. m. he suffered another stroke and died at 4:30 p.m. the same day.  He was making his home at this time with a niece, Mrs. Mildred Jividen at Rt. 1, Gallipolis, O.  Survivors include a brother, C. A. Hill of Evans, and several nephews and nieces.  Funeral services were held at the Vogt Funeral Home in Sebering, Dec. 31 at 1 p.m. with burial in the Highland Memorial Park at Sebering, Ohio.  One sister preceded him in death.
