  <p>Information: Elva Dale Hill, 87, of 107 Maple Dr., Evans, died Saturday in Boone County Health Care Center following a long illness.  She was born in Mason County, a daughter of the late Andrew B. and Fannie Forbis Morrison.  She was a member of the Rock Castle United Methodist Church.  She was a homemaker.  She was survived by three sons, Charles Hill of Evans, Donnie Hill of Parkersburg, and Arthur Hill of Kenova, W. Va.; one daughter, Mildred Williams of Wooster, Ohio; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.  Services were Monday at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre and the Rev. Raymond Skeen officiating.  Burial was in the Otterbein Cemetery.</p>
