  <p>Information: PARKERSBURG - Donnie Curtis Hill, 82, of Parkersburg, died Aug. 23, 1998 at his residence.  He was born in Rockcastle WV, a son of the late Charles A. and Elva Morrison Hill Sr. He was retired from DuPont with 36 years&#39; service.  He was a veteran of World War II and a member of VFW Post 1212 and was a life member of the Camden Clark Hospital Auxiliary.  After retirement he was associated with Ogdin-Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg.  Surviving:  wife, Dorothy Kathleen McCrady Hill; son and daughter-in-law Curtis L. and Beverly Hill of Washington; daughter, Carolyn L. Withrow of Cross Lanes; brother, Arthur H. Hill of Mount Alto; three grandchildren, Curtis L. Hill II of Hillsborough NC, Timothy S. Hill of Coolville and Jennifer Burns Pettigrew of Charleston.  He was preceded in death by one sister, Marie Harness.   Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Broadway Baptist Church, Parkersburg.  The body was donated to the Human Gift Registry of West Virginia University Medical Center, Morgantown.  Friends may call one hour prior to service at the church.  Ogdin-Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg, is in charge of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Hospice, c/o Camden-Clark Hospital, 800 Garfield Ave. Parkersburg WV 26101.</p>
