  <p>Information: Edward E. Higgins, 92, 1522 Park Av., who owned and operated Higgins Realty Co. until his retirement in 1945, died at his residence following an extended illness.  He was born Aug. 18, 1863, at Silverton, Jackson County, son of Jonathan and Mary Flesher Higgins, and for more than 30 years was employed by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Co. as station agent at Sandyville.  He had resided in Parkersburg since 1926.  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Bertha Higgins; a daughter, Mrs Willa Carder, Cincinnati; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a son, Hugh Higgins.  Burial was in Odd Fellows Cemetery.    Note: Checking on dates to enter this obituary, found Edward E.
