  <p>Information: Cecil Ray Higgins, 84, Ravenswood, died at the Jackson General Hospital after an extended illness.  He was born in Jackson County, son of the late Raymer and Virginia Harvey Higgins, he was a member of the Ravenswood North United Methodist Church.  He retired from the Boso-Ritchie Construction Company.  He is survived by his wife, Carla Golden Williams Higgins, Ravenswood; three daughters, Pauline Hughes, Wilma Buzzard and Sandra Jeffrey, all of Ravenswood; stepson, Paul Williams of Ravenswood; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Myrtle Chancey; three brothers and one sister.  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
