  <p>Information: Nellie M. Higginbotham, 78, of Ravenswood, died at the Care Inn in Ripley after a long illness.  She was the daughter of the late John and Thelma White Elkins.  She was a member of the Sand Street Church of Christ and a member of the extension homemakers.  She is survived by two daughters, Marian A. Tucker of Ravenswood and Ethel Thomas of McLean, Va; one son, Bill Higginbotham of Columbia, S.C.; two sisters, Miss Ethel Elkins of Ravenswood and Mrs. Audrey Gilbert of Port Arthur, Tex; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.  Graveside services followed the funeral home service in Montgomery Memorial Park in London, W.Va.</p>
