  <p>Information: James Paul Hickman, 71, of Millwood, died May 13, 1990, in General Division, CAMC, after a short illness.  He was a retired crane operator for Kaiser Aluminum Co., Ravenswood, and a member of Spencer Tabernacle.  Surviving:  wife, Mae Curfman Hickman; daughter, Judi Dickerson of Spencer; stepdaughters, Patty Hall of Grantsville, Louise Parsons of Gay, Connie McCune of Spencer; brothers, Charles of Millwood, Orville of Gay; sisters, Lemah Hart of Parkersburg, Laura Burdette of Leroy; 10 grandchildren.  Services will be 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Sinnett-Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Larry Haught and the Rev. Walter Speece officiating. Burial will be in Eventide Cemetery, Spencer.</p>
