  <p>Information: POCA  - Howard E. ""Eddie"" Hickman, 25, of Poca, died June 17, 1994, at Memorial Division, CAMC, after a long illness.  He was a lifelong resident of Poca, a 1987 graduate of Poca High School, and a former employee of Green Valley Bridge Company.  He was a member of Cross Lanes Bible Church.  Surviving:  parents, William C. and Ramona McClanahan Hickman; brothers, William Thomas of Poca, Michael Ray of Newport News, Va.; paternal grandmother, Beulah Hickman of Leon.  Service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Gatens Funeral Home, Poca, with Pastor Tim Valentine and the Rev. William Layne Jr. officiating.  Burial will be in Given Cemetery.  Friends may cal from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.  The family suggest memorial contributions to Central Kentucy Blood Center, 330 Waller Avenue, Lexington KY 40504.</p>
