  <p>Information: Cecil M. Hickman, 75, of Stouts Mills, Gilmer County, died at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital, Weston, after a long illness.  He was the father of Jerry Hickman of Evans.  He was a Navy veteran of World War II.  He was a retired coal miner and a Methodist.  Also surviving: wife, Beatrice Flint Hickman; daughters, Lorena Stout of Corley, Lucille Donaldson and Janie Fisher, both of Weston, Ann Kingrey of Charleston, Marjorie Freeman of Stouts Mills; sons, Jearl of Leon and Ted of Stouts Mills; sisters, Velda Self of Stout Mills, Lona Harris of Lumberport; 32 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.  Burial was in Smith Cemetery, Stouts Mills.</p>
