  <p>Information: William Bill G. Hess, 65, died at the Fairview Manor Nursing Home in Beverly, O., Wednesday. He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late John and Mary Hess, and was a retiree from the A.B. Chance Co. and a veteran of WWII. Survivors include three sons, Howard of Sandyville, and Billy and Carl Hess, both of Parkersburg; one brother, Charles of Dale City, Calif.; three sisters, Bonnie Brown, Margaret Weaver and Grace Hess, all of California; five grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Goldie D. Hess, two brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Leavitt Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Jackson County. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 tonight.      	 </p>
