  <p>Information: Eugene Scott Hess, 88, of Ravenswood, passed away August 9, 2012 at the Salem Care and Rehab, Salem WV.  He was born June 16, 1924 in Glenville WV, son of Charlie Hess and Cora Barnhart Hess.  He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and worked in construction.  Surviving are sister, Ellen Allman and husband Austin, Ravenswood; several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, June, Waitman, Oren, Ernie and Dale.  Services were held Monday, August 13, 2012, at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood.  Pastor Brian Groves officiated.  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Friends were received at Roush Funeral Home on Monday, August 13.  Friends may express their condolences to the family at roush94@yahoo.com or on our website at www.roushfuneralhome.com.</p>
