  <p>Information: Charles Junior Hess, 63, of Route 1, Box 54, Spruce Run, Glenville, died Tuesday at home after a short illness. A daughter, Martha Tribett, and a sister, Ellen Claypool, both reside in Ravenswood. Mr. Hess was born in Gilmer County and was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a retired construction worker and a Baptist. Surviving, in addition to his daughter and sister, are his wife, Mildred Langford Hess; sons, Charles David, Melvin, Donald and Michael Tiny, all of Glenville, Denzil of Parkersburg; brothers, Ernie of Akron, O., Eugene, Oran and Dale, all of Glenville; and five grandchildren. Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Spurgeon-Ellyson Mortuary In., Glenville, with the Rev. Glen Kirkpatrick officiating. Burial will be in Rhoades Cemetery, Glenville. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the mortuary.      	 </p>
