Information: Mrs. Mirla M. Herdman, 79, of Route 1, Evans, died Wednesday in a Pomeroy, Ohio hospital. Surviving: sons, Robert of Evans, Troy of Columbus, Ohio; daughters, Mrs. Betty Parsons of Evans, Mrs. Alma Hoffman of Letart, Mrs. Wilda Boles and Mrs. Gladys Eblin, both of Columbus; sisters, Mrs. Alta Hall and Mrs. Dolly Nicholls, both of Columbus, Mrs. Flossie Adkins of Punta Gorda, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Service was Saturday in Longview Methodist Church with the Rev. Eugene Conger officiating. Burial was in Longview Cemetery. Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.
